I see several problems with the "Episodes" list in this article:

Between 16 September 1970 and 17 February 1971, The Firesign Theatre performed 21 episodes of a live radio program titled Dear Friends... These dates were Wednesdays; including the first and last, there were 22 such Wednesdays. Perhaps they took one week (Christmas?) off.
Why then are only 12 "Episode" discs listed? Where are the other 9?
Why aren't the "Episodes" numbered chronologically? Where did these "Episode numbers" come from?
Where did this list come from? The LPs were created for the purpose of distributing the program to syndicated radio stations, and not commercially released.
The "Jefferson and the Mason" track is labeled 10/18/71, which falls outside the range 09/16/1970 to 02/17/1971. Is this a typo (10/18/70), or are some of these tracks from the other KPFK FST shows (Firesign Theatre Radio Hour and Let's Eat)? 10/18/71 is a Monday; 10/18/70 was a Sunday. 10/18/72 was a Wednesday. I remember this skit quite clearly being included on the Dear Friends (Firesign Theatre album). There the skit is titled "$100 Ben" and is dated 1/24/70.
The article says the shows were one hour (with commercials). One would expect an entire disk (approximately 44 minutes) would be used for each show, which would seem to match the average rate of commercials (though on today's television, not radio). What would the commercial density have been for a listener-sponsored FM station in 1970–71?

. How do we explain "Episode #8" and "Episode #12" which say each side was a different show? In short, this "Episodes" list doesn't match what we would expect to see from what the article claims to cover, the Dear Friends show from 1970 to 1971, syndicated on LP discs. WTF ????
