Actually DJ Abdel is a very notable individual. He is:

A DJ in a number of major radio stations in France including NRJ and FG DJ Radio
Has his own album
Judge on French Star Academy, a prime time song competition
Wrote music for a number of French films (Fishman's Gamer, La Squale, La Vérité si je mens and Bab el web
Wrote music for the animated series Funky Cops
Major collaborations including the pioneering Cut Killer
Has his own production company
Already has a page on French language Wikipedia with no objections whatsoever as to his notability
