He married actress Summer Meng on March 5, 2020, after 6 years of dating.[2][3]
In June 2023, some women accused Huang of sexually harassing them, and he apologised for his actions. Prosecutors did not prosecute him for the lack of evidence.[4] During the search for his sexual harassment accusations, police found child pornography on his computer. He was then ordered to pay a fine of TWD 1.2 million and write an apology letter for it. Some people criticised his actions and the prosecutor's decision.[4][5][6]
