The UConn Forest is a large area of forestland in Connecticut that is owned and managed by the University of Connecticut. It consists of six large tracts and several smaller ones, comprising a total of approximately 2,100 acres (850 hectares). The forest is used for research, management, and recreational purposes.[1]
