Good Morning America

edit

Please do not continue to add Sandy Hill to the former on-air staff section as she doesn't have a standalone article. Doing so is a violation of WP:LISTPEOPLE. Also, do not continue to revert as that is considered edit warring, or you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. IPadPerson (talk) 22:48, 5 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

TODAY article

edit

It is REDUNDANT information. You are basically adding the same thing, except adding the years. It is NOT needed. Again, just because it is different in one article, does NOT mean it needs to be the same in the others. Good God! You are now being engaged in an edit war and may be blocked. I've started a discussion on the talk page of the article. You need to discuss it there before reverting again. If not, I or someone will report you to a noticeboard containing the admins. (Obviously this isn't your first edit war, either) You've been nothing but trouble since you've been here, and I see IPadPerson has already warned you once. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Today (U.S. TV program). Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount and can lead to a block, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection.   This is your final warning. You may be blocked from editing without further notice the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to CBS This Morning. Amaury (talk) 01:49, 6 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

You are suspected of sock puppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Morningtv13. Thank you. Dwpaul Talk 02:09, 6 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

edit warring
