Caravaggio - lute player

edit

Thanks for all your fine work on Caravaggio, especially the chronology of works article. You might like to check out the Lute-player paintings if you have time - there's an article on them (one article for all three). PiCo (talk) 15:36, 23 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Caravaggio death notice

edit

Hi Keith. I wonder if you're still working on Caravaggio. I have an interest in it because I was much involved in getting the main article into its current form and in writing supporting articles, including the Chronology - but please, I'm very glad to see you working on this and I have complete confidence in you. But a question: Do you have any idea if that report of the finding of Caraggio's death certificate has been confirmed? I couldn't find anything about it except that a claim for its discovery had been made. If it has, we should update the main article.

(Incidentally, I share your concern that Robb should be handled with care - but under the journalistic presentation I believe there lies solid research.) PiCo (talk) 19:05, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Of course you can use my photo about SS Luca e Martina Church. Uploading the picture to wikipedia I gave up my rights to it. Zello (talk) 00:03, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
