SuggestBot picks the articles you might be interested in based on the articles you've edited and using a number of different techniques: following links from them to other articles, matching articles based on their content, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedia users. It tries to recommend only articles that others have marked as needing work, such as stub articles that need to be made longer, clean-up articles that need writing help, and so on. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.

If you choose to participate we encourage you to leave feedback on these suggestions, which you can most easily do here by editing your user talk page. We'll stop by later to read them.

Speedy deletion nomination of Esmeril angular

edit

A tag has been placed on Esmeril angular, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a foreign language article that was copied and pasted from another Wikimedia project, or was transwikied out to another project. The article seems to have been copied from or transwikied to es:Esmeril angular. Please see Wikipedia:Translation to learn about requests for, and coordination of, translations from foreign-language Wikipedias into English.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:Esmeril angular. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Please note also that we do have a page called Angle grinder so there was no need to post the Spanish version over here. De728631 (talk) 21:07, 2 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Bruno Osimo

edit

The article Bruno Osimo has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable writer. Appears to fail WP:BIO and WP:CREATIVE.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ttonyb (talk) 05:36, 9 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

View of Balboa Avenue in 2001 with the bay of on the left

Balboa Avenue (Avenida Balboa, in Spanish) is Panama's City most modern and widest avenue. Moreover, it is the world's most expensive per-kilometer-constructed highway. It counts with six-lanes, a centrally situated islet and two wide jetties. The avenue is approximately 3,5 km long. This avenue has access to the Pacific Ocean making it one of the major attraction point for real estate development.

In addition, the avenue is also one of the city's main financial center. Balboa Avenue is connected by tunnel Las Esclavas to Corredor Sur (Southern highway, in English) and through Paitilla bridge at Israel Avenue.Balboa Avenue is alongside Panama Bay, through which 75,000 vehicles pass about daily.

This avenue is sold between $3,000 and $4,000 per square meter. And this makes it the most expensive road in the Capital city and around the country. 2 This avenue completely changed its image in late 2009 with the construction of the Cinta Costera .It has space for social and family recreational activities along itself.
