Apparently, 81.221.0.0/16 has been blocked “because it is believed to be a web host provider”. I can’t speak for the other 65’535 addresses, but I’m totally certain that my IP address, 81.221.202.58, is an ordinary private home IP address issued by my internet provider, metanet.ch.
