Hello, I'm CAPTAIN RAJU. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Massacre of the Latins— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

I can't ask a simple question?

Hello, I'm Oshwah. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Joanie Loves Chachi seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 03:23, 25 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

I am not sure what you are talking about. Please explain on the article talk page, where I have begun a discussion. 72.201.104.140 (talk) 03:27, 25 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
It was my mistake. I thought the article subject was about something in real history. I just realized that it's actually about a TV Show. I restored your changes; please accept my apologies for the mistake. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 03:52, 25 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. 72.201.104.140 (talk) 03:53, 25 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm XFhumu. I noticed that you recently removed content from Geevarghese Ivanios without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. As I explained in my WP:EDITSUMMARY, it was a WP:COPYVIO (copyright violation). By restoring it, you have violated copyright as well. Please cease and desist immediately or you will be reported. 72.201.104.140 (talk) 19:50, 6 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
My bad sorry--XFhumuTalk 20:04, 6 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. No worries. 72.201.104.140 (talk) 20:07, 6 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Categories

edit

Please read WP:BLPCAT - "Categories regarding religious beliefs (or lack of such) or sexual orientation should not be used unless the subject has publicly self-identified with the belief or orientation in question, and the subject's beliefs or sexual orientation are relevant to their public life or notability, according to reliable published sources." In other words, just because somebody might be Catholic or gay, don't add them to Category:Italian Roman Catholics or Category:French people who are lesbian. Uh, she did publicly self-identify. She granted an interview to a Catholic news site and discussed her prayer life. 72.201.104.140 (talk) 18:40, 20 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
Yes, she did. So that's one of the two criteria. The other, though? Are the subject's beliefs relevant to their public life or notability? Not at all. She's a pop singer, not a noted Roman Catholic who also happens to be a pop singer. BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ! 19:35, 20 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
