  • Can anyone check if this edit is legit? They changed a few figures, so I'm not sure if it's correct or sneaky badness. Ambivalenthysteria 10:01, 7 Jul 2004 (UTC)
    • Hard to track down, but it is Andrew MARK Cuomo, according to [1]. Noisy 16:07, 10 Jul 2004 (UTC)
    • Date changes are wrong as well, although they seem plausible. [2] Noisy 16:07, 10 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Robert Wood

edit

Wood was a recess appointment, it's true, but as such, he was sworn in as an official Secretary of HUD.66.108.2.161 02:56, 27 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Evidence for this? The Biographical Directory of the United States Congress from 2005 lists him only as ad interim. There's occasional errors there, so they might be wrong, but are there any reliable sources that confirm what you're saying? HUD's own website doesn't seem to have a list of past secretaries. john k (talk) 03:22, 15 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Portrait Photo

edit

I am not confident enough to unilaterally make a change, but I believe that the current photo of her is photoshopped. I believe this for two reasons. One, her collar looks artificial and improbably placed. 2. Her official portrait on her own page is with the same outfit but a more traditional and natural-looking collar. I recommend replacing the photo on this page with the photo on her personal page. Parzival1919 (talk) 04:28, 15 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Most probably photoshopped, many details in the clothes are symmetrical, and using difference in Photoshop on the original and this one clearly shows alteration. (Pretty good photoshopping BTW) Link to the original file: [[3]] Pepe Ochoa (talk) 22:27, 12 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

James T. Lynn

edit

James T. Lynn's term in office should be split between presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. I've been playing with the syntax for over an hour, but I don't know what I'm missing. (Nixon's resignation took affect on August 9, 1974.) Bob305 (talk) 21:55, 5 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
