Non-American knives
editI cannot help noticing that the 'beauty pagent' of specimens seems to only include North American varieties. There are many others, from the UK there are many traditional knives: sheepfoot (plus lambfoot), Ettrick, pruner, peach-pruner, fruit-knife (silver bladed), and from France the Lagiole, Capuchadou etc. Would be good to see some of these.
