Is he really a "German film actor" when he made no films in Germany?

Wikipedia's handling of nationality confuses me. As I don't feel comfortable with any decision I'd make (hmm... born in Germany, moved to the U.S. as a 20 year old (or so) and never left...), I'm posting a notice at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Biography#Help.21, hoping someone who understands this can resolve it. - SummerPhDv2.0 21:25, 3 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
