Gal Gadot movie about Irena Sendler

Religion

She was not Catholic. Anna Bikont's biography of Sendler pretty reliably establishes that she was an atheist (even if she cooperated with Catholic institutions) [1]. She was baptized as Catholic as a child but she was not a believer as an adult. Ausir (talk) 04:07, 19 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Baptized at the age of seven. According to Sendler, her father, an atheist, did not want her baptized. See Sendlerowa by Bikont, p. 51. Orczar (talk) 13:35, 19 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 11:17, 29 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

I want to add that she saved thousands of children in the box that shows up when you first search her name on google. 6fuu (talk) 04:10, 28 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Not done: We have no control over that. Try clicking the feedback thing when you google search and give google feedback Cannolis (talk) 04:58, 28 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Bikont Sendler Credibility

edit

Bikront Sendler is cited as a source many times in the article, several times in contradiction to her mother Irena Sendler's own statements. Bikront said that Irena ignored her (and her sibling) growing up, didn't really raise her, which could have made Bikront's version spiteful and inaccurate, rather than legitimately correcting the record from Irena's version. Have Bikront's claims been corroborated by another, independent, reliable source? DocRuby (talk) 16:29, 29 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
