I've seen the abstracts for the following two articles that would be useful if somebody has full text:

  • "Sir Remix-a-lot: A Loyola student discovers you don't need a recording contract to make money making music" by Samuels, Diana. Times - Picayune [New Orleans, La] 29 Sep 2008: 1.
  • "Hot Picks: A week's worth of good music" by Spera, Keith. Times - Picayune [New Orleans, La] 08 July 2011: A.15.

G Eazy and Halsey haven't been dating since November, they literally talked about filming the Him&I music video in July, and the song was recorded before that. So geniuses, if it was based off of their relationship, it wouldn't have started in July. They've also been posting pictures on instagram together from the middle of summer! Get your facts straight, or literally just write that the song is based off of their relationship, not since November. remove that part thanks2601:184:4A7F:CB2D:E09B:AB2E:E149:F980 (talk) 15:42, 13 December 2017 (UTC) 2601:184:4A7F:CB2D:E09B:AB2E:E149:F980 (talk) 15:42, 13 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please remove the section "Controversies." G-Eazy has never used the n-word in his music and there is no evidence to support any other claim. Additionally, the referenced tweets by Donald Glover are incorrectly characterized and did not criticize G-Eazy or his lyrical content. Mattyg18 (talk) 21:19, 3 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

What proof is there that the Fresno State professor Ed Gillum is related to G-Eazy? The citation makes no reference to a relationship, which must therefore be considered unsourced at present. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.2.114.125 (talk) 21:35, 8 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Ah, I see now- it's just misleadingly inserted in a way that makes it look like it's the only source for that particular statement. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.2.114.125 (talk) 21:37, 8 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

philanthropy or volunteer work?

edit

There are no contributions listed in the philanthropy section, just volunteer work, helping found a charity. Better described as activism? On the Endless Summer charity website it talks about raising $15K selling T-shirts with his name, again, an endorsement, not philanthropy.

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. the Rappers from San Francisco category is for rappers who are from or lived in the San Francisco, California during their careers. Nowhere in the article does it state anything about G-Eazy living in San Francisco. {{replyto}} Can I Log In's (talk) page 16:48, 4 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
