The following was added to the article page on 5 July 2009 by User:Efreemandaughter:

"Ernie Freeman died of a heart attack at the age of 57 in Los Angeles, not Hawaii. (source daughter) He did not move to NY, but graduated with a BA degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and moved with his wife Isabelle, daughter and in-laws to Los Angeles in 1946. More Arrangement & Production Credit?

edit

Didn't Freeman produce a Vogues Greatest Hits album in the late 1960s while at Reprise Records? There were several songs on the album that were hits in their own right on Reprise, recorded in Hollywood. Freeman also wrote stereo string arrangements and dubbed them onto Co & Ce mono masters of You're The One, Five O'Clock World and Magic Town originally recorded while the group was Pittsburgh-based. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.121.16.240 (talk) 07:09, 17 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Photos of band

edit

When Reprise producer Jimmy Bowen started with Dean Martin he hired "the biggest rock band in LA" to be part of the backup. I'd like to see pictures of his band. Was it variable? Would like to see that recording studio with all those musicians assembled. George Slivinsky (talk) 23:02, 4 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
