These have existed for far longer than that, although maybe their use is increasing. It can't be blamed on those specific politicians and this should not be added to the article without firm references to support their involvement. We do need references on the existing content and some historical background. It would also be good to briefly cover it country by country, preferable acknowledging the existence of more than the USA and UK. --DanielRigal (talk) 23:23, 3 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
