Massoud Circle is a major roundabout in Kabul, Afghanistan, named after Ahmad Shah Massoud. It is situated close to the Embassy of the United States, Kabul and has the road leading to Hamid Karzai International Airport.[1] It is located in the eastern part of Wazir Akbar Khan.

At Kabul's Massoud Circle, Mayor Muhammad Nawandish performed a ribbon cutting ceremony for the ongoing construction of a small park and a drainage system that will help alleviate flooding in the area by redirecting the water to the Kabul River.
