I'm pretty sure the image is from the Ed Sullivan Show (I have a DVD of Rock'n'Roll legends from the Ed Sullivan Show and Fats Domino is introduced by Ed Sullivan himself, so unless the mentioned show had an exact decor and image the source is Ed Sullivan Show)
