English: "After Union Station was razed in 1976, one arch survived from the Beaux Arts style entrance facade that was at street level on North High Street. It was moved to Arch Park, located at Marconi Boulevard and West Hickory Street. Arch Park was dedicated June 6, 1980.
In March of 1999, the arch was moved to the northern end of McFerson Commons Park in the Arena District. This photograph was taken shortly after the arch was moved. The park was named for Dimon R. McFerson, the former chairman and CEO of Nationwide Insurance."
