He participated in a tournament to crown the revived NWA World Television Championship, defeating Caleb Konley in the first round but being defeated by Dan Maff in the second round.[4][5] He would win the title on January 26, at NWA Powerrr (aired on March 3) when he defeated Ricky Starks.[6] During the COVID-19 pandemic, the NWA entered in a hiatus and Dice's contract was set to expire on December.[3] Dice would lose the title against Elijah Burke during a United Wrestling Network event and left NWA.[7][8]

After leaving the NWA, Dice would sign a contract with Impact Wrestling.[9][10] He made his debut on September 1, 2021, joining Brian Myers' stable Learning Tree[11] and later with Johnny Swinger. In July 2023, it was reported that Dice had "finished up" in Impact.[12]

In September 2023, Dice returned to the NWA, winning a Fatal Four-Way to earn a match against Mims for the vacant NWA World Television Championship.[13]
