Zanus Rastaq Rural District

Zanus Rastaq Rural District (Persian: دهستان زانوس رستاق)[3] is in Kojur District of Nowshahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Pul.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,915 in 1,526 households.[6] There were 6,354 inhabitants in 2,130 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,982 in 2,476 households. The most populous of its 26 villages was Kandolus, with 1,092 people.[2]
