On June 4, 2017, Sakazaki defeated Yuu, crowning herself as the Tokyo Princess of Princess Champion for the first time in her career. However, she would lose her title to Reika Saiki in her first defence. Sometime later, Sakazaki teamed with Shoko Nakajima to defeating Maho Kurone and Rika Tatsumi, crowned as the first Tokyo Princess Tag Team Champions.
