I started of with a ferret wikiproject but then decided to go into a much wider range and include all animals in the superfamily Musteloidea. Please help me in my search to improve all ferret and weasel articles on wikipedia.

3. Reid,iain james 14:50, 17 July 2013 - I'm in it to clean up classification and make it consistent.
4. Ferret25 19:35, 15 July 2017 - I am excited about this and if I have time, maybe I will work to create a wikipoedia community of Mustelid lovers like myself!!!

The order this information is included is also relatively unimportant, although the order listed is generally preferred.

• Description (physical, behavioral) - what makes this (group of) critter(s) different from its close relatives?
• Habitat - where does it live? how broadly does it roam? maps are good
• Cultural, Religious, Economic, etc. importance - what impact has it had on humans? Include here use for experimental purposes that do not relate to other headings.
• Classification - how does it fit into the tree of life?

Task list and progress

1. Create article for each Order and Family (done to subfamily level).
2. Ensure all Family articles are taxonomically consistent (done to subfamily level).
   1. Ensure all articles between Order and Family rank are taxonomically consistent (done to subfamily level).
3. Create article for each Genus (done).
   1. Ensure all articles between Family and Genus rank are taxonomically consistent (done to genus level).
4. Create articles for all Species
   1. Create links for all species articles on appropriate articles
   2. Create lists of uncreated articles to add to category pages:
      1. List of mustelids
5. Add all articles by category to Wikipedia:WikiProject Mammals/Mustelids work group/Articles.
   1. Monitor the list using the recent changes function.
