Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?: I feel that the topic is broad enough to be afforded its own WikiProject. Qatar is very much concentrated in Doha, more than WP:ENGLAND is concentrated in WP:LONDON. Is a whole new project that necessary? I'd settle for a task force '''tAD''' (talk) 21:18, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
