- Even if you don't succed an RFA you can always try again, not passing does not mean anything bad at all, it can be viewed an extra opportunity to prove even more to the community, before you re-reapply for Adminship, There is no such thing as a Fail here at all, if you don't succeed at all this means nothing bad at all, remember Practice makes Perfect! Even Admins are always learning new skills everyday! No one has learn't everything on Wikipedia, we are always learning new things!
