Template:Ebaychatter0/sandbox/ship (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Not being used anywhere or for anything useful. —Tom Morris (talk) 18:16, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Delete this all you want. But Wikipedia should provide better areas to test templates. Template:X1, Template:X1, Template:X3, etc... are used by dozens of people who overwrite other people all the time. If that's not bad enough, the bot will clean those areas too. I propose removing them all together because those are useless. Ebaychatter0 (talk) 18:35, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Title No Consensus (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

This simply transcludes some of the text from the policy page on consensus. It does not seem particularly useful, or a good idea: how is this template more convenient than simply posting a link to the relevant section of the page? Robofish (talk) 16:12, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Template:HistoryWiki (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

HistoryWiki is a small, moribund, open Wiki. As such it is in no way a reliable source, and should not be included as an external link (WP:ELNO 12). I guess we should remove the template from the 28 articles that use it before deleting the template itself. Grafen (talk) 10:35, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. No reason to link to such a small potatoes wiki. Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 11:51, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • No need to insult the site in the process, guys. Nevertheless, only the most active user-generated sites can be considered to have sufficient editorial oversight to be considered reliable enough to link to regularly via a template.
