Issues to be mediated edit

  • The article had a rather Wikified structure before Marsiliano started mass editing at will, now it has nothing of that anymore.
  • He's putting excesive emphasis in what he calls "lexicology" of the term, all about Spanish language erudite references.
  • He's approaching the concept from the very arguable POV that machismo is a Spanish/Hispanic-only phenomenon.
  • He's rejected any discussion (therefore I doubt a mediation will work) falling instead into personal attacks and vandalism (including editing my comments in the talk page and my own user page). Still I'm trying mediation before going to arbitration.
  • He's tried to discuss in Spanish (what I tried to discontinue).

The above is Sugaar's viewpoint --Sugaar 20:14, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
