If the appearance of an imago is easy to determine this is not the case of the caterpillars, because there are several stages of development which are very different from the appearance of the terminal stage. The collections of specimens mounted for caterpillars exist but are long to prepare it is necessary to blow the caterpillar with a small straw to restore its volume ... it is almost a universe apart that does not interest much of 'entomology.
