Decline reason:

Unfortunately, these blocks are in place to protect the project, per our policy on open proxies, and the global wikimedia policy on open proxies.

Have you read WP:IPECPROXY, or anything else I linked? It does not mention editing any other pages in the How to request section. Please keep in mind, that you will need to explain why you need to use a VPN to edit. SQL^{Query me!} 01:10, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

I certainly did. I learned I could either email my request to an email address or I could contact a check user directly, which I tried (ID: Allison and Materialscientist). Guess what? I CAN'T leave them messages on their talk page, because my IP was blocked. Now let me flip the question to you: do you, sir, know how wikipedia works?Xuanmingzi (talk) 01:35, 14 January 2021 (UTC)
