You're free to "retire", but just be aware of our block evasion policy. You as a person are blocked from Wikipedia. If you're caught trying to work around your block, you'll be blocked on the spot. I don't know how easy this is going to be, but I want to request a review o this case to allow me to continue to be a part of the Wikipedia community. I have served my minimum of six months and, despite my clumsy efforts to overhaul the rules you put in place for me the last time I was unblocked, I believe that I have grown and changed and that I can do better.
