Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into Sapetang (state constituency). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 22:46, 31 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Sapetang (state constituency) moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Sapetang (state constituency), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hi. Based on the declination reason, I think you can refer Kedah Utara (Federal Legislative Council constituency) as an example. Almost the same module page, but I get different results. User Danidamiobi accepted Kedah Utara (Federal Legislative Council constituency) as an article in Wikipedia but you didn't. Link is provided in the page (same link as Kedah Utara (Federal Legislative Council constituency)) Second, I don't understand why you moved page Draft:Kedah Selatan (Federal Legislative Council constituency) to Draft:Kedah Selatan because if you remove "(Federal Legislative Council constituency)", people may think this article is talking about a physical place, but it don't, it will cause misunderstanding. Kedah Selatan may refer the physical place ,but actually Kedah Selatan doesn't exist. At this scenario, Kedah Selatan refer to a constituency, not a physical place. Hope you can answer my questions. Thanks. WEEROR (talk) 15:29, 27 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
I don't think Draft:Kedah Selatan (Federal Legislative Council constituency) merged into List of Malayan federal electoral districts (1955–1959) is a good idea because this article is about the total electoral districts in the FLC. Draft:Kedah Selatan (Federal Legislative Council constituency) have more details like election result, history of this seats and etc. . WEEROR (talk) 15:33, 27 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

November 2022 edit

Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Drmies (talk) 04:36, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Will you PLEASE explain your edits? Thanks. Drmies (talk) 04:42, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

You don't understand. There is ALWAYS a necessity to leave an edit summary. That is what they are for. This is a collaborative project and it behooves you to explain what you are doing. This tells me you don't have a habit of doing that: please make it a habit. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 15:07, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

I think this decision is unfair to me, sometimes there is no time to update since the current suitation is too dynamic in Malaysia. If you want me to leave an edit summary, I will try my best, thanks. WEEROR (talk) 13:30, 21 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

The information should be update as fast as possible, please unblock me. You can check in Google "2022 Malaysian General Election". The information in Wikipedia is incomplete. WEEROR (talk) 13:33, 21 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • You seem to keep doing the thing I blocked you for in the first place: hundreds and hundreds of unexplained edits, which is why I reverted one of them--so this is indeed an edit summary, but it comes without any kind of sourcing. You are getting into blockable territory again. You can keep yelling at me in all-caps, and you can claim "it's true", but without explanation and without secondary sourcing you are actually NOT improving the encyclopedia. And can I just point out that "sometimes there is no time to update since the current suitation is too dynamic in Malaysia" makes no sense at all: you are constantly "updating" things (I guess--you don't explain, you don't give sources). And if something is "too dynamic", then leave it alone: see WP:NOTNEWS. Drmies (talk) 14:49, 29 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
    • Well, I can't change your mind if you think I am wrong, I won't explain again since you don't know what is the truth. WEEROR (talk) 14:59, 29 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
      • You don't get it. It's not about my mind, it's about your edits. If you really cannot understand why UNEXPLAINED and UNVERIFIED edits are problematic, you really shouldn't be working on a collaborative encyclopedic project. Drmies (talk) 23:49, 29 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Results of the 2022 Malaysian general election by parliamentary constituency and subsequent constituency page edit

Based on the comparison with Gazette data, the result for this page for Bachok, Tanah Merah and Pasir Puteh is not same. I think it is better to change based on what gazette said and why I am informed here is I observed that you are one of the major contributor of the election results. I hope you can fix for it, thank you. angys (Talk Talk) 16:51, 13 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
