LOST talk page edit

I saw your post on the Lost talk page. I'd encourage you to leave comments on talk pages since they remain in the page history, if you change your mind you can always ammend your comments or even use strikethrough. In the case of the LOST page, there are some editors there who seem to think the page is exempt from WP:EL and have declared their own "policy" which is at odds with that of wikipedia itself (which includes labling any external link as "spam" whether it is or not). If this is something you're interested in discussing, feel free to discuss it. Concensus can change WP:CCC, and just because something has been discussed in the past doesn't mean that it is set in stone. --Milo H Minderbinder 14:29, 6 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Re: Bananas Foster edit

Yep, I'm quite sure. It's the turning point when Maeby asks George Mchael "what would Pop-Pop do?" He then eyes the bananas foster and decides to burn down the banana stand, which is the major plot of the show. Elefuntboy 18:26, 5 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Chateau Coffee Cafe edit

A tag has been placed on Chateau Coffee Cafe, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per speedy deletion criterion A7.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Carter | Talk to me 17:15, 27 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Krewe of Orion edit

Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Krewe of Orion, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Proposed deletion of Krewe of Orion edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Krewe of Orion, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? B. Wolterding (talk) 15:07, 16 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of TitleMax edit

A tag has been placed on TitleMax, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. StewieGriffin! • Talk 20:28, 6 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
