Cowbell edit

I took the liberty of removing the cowbell from your user page. Fair-use images can't be used on user pages (by decision of Wikipedia, it's not necessarily illegal) even with a detailed fair-use rationale. --Yamla 20:07, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hmm, well I'm pretty sure it was used in a userbox I saw in the past... Toastypk 23:07, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
This is probably true but it was subsequently removed (though not by me). I firmly encourage more cowbell, we just can't use that particular image on user pages. --Yamla 04:36, 3 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Mario list edit

I have given a definitive argument as to why species should not be considered characters. You argue comprehensiveness, but I argue that presently, the article is more than 122kb, more than twice the maximum size recommended for an article. - A Link to the Past (talk) 02:15, 16 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

South Park - Travis the Head Louse edit

I believe Travis's last name is mentioned as Mayfield during the scene of Lice Capades where Travis first encounters the President and Vice President. After the Vice President deems Travis's stories of the "world" being alive as untrue (a little before 5 minutes into the episodes), he exclaims, "Escort Mr. Mayfield out". WP:POKE is doing some housecleaning edit

This notice is to inform you that because many people have added their names to Wikipedia:WikiProject Pokémon#Participants but do not seem to be active, all names are being deleted in an effort to find out who is still truly interested in the project. All you have to do is re-add your name if you'd still like to be considered a member of WP:POKE. Any questions, you can contact me on my talk page. -ΖαππερΝαππερ BabelAlexandria 17:47, 22 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:KratosPortrait.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:KratosPortrait.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 03:00, 7 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Your revert to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon edit

I noticed that you reverted my edit to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Red Rescue Team. In the interests of bettering myself, I would like to know what I did wrong, so as not to repeat my mistake. Larrythefunkyferret (talk) 05:07, 12 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Well in my opinion it really seemed to compromise a good chunk of the plot. I mean sure it's long, but for a game with a lovely and detailed story like that, I really don't have much of a problem with its length. Some trimming might need to be done, but I hope none of the extra details get removed. That's why I went back and did a little plot trimming on my own, trying to be careful not to remove too much information. Toastypk (talk) 21:12, 12 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Very well. I'm a little concerned about the relevance of the Gengar story arc to the overall story, but I'll leave that to you. Do I have your permission to mark it on my list as done by you? If not, I'll mark it as done by anonymous. And thank you for your help. Larrythefunkyferret (talk) 06:58, 13 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Although the Gengar arc is extra, it does add a few important plot points to the end of the main story. The section used to contain all the postgame story events, but they were pretty standalone. The Gengar one is really important though. Toastypk (talk) 16:37, 14 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:WikiProject Pokémon edit

The list of participants of the Pokémon WikiProject is quite sizable, however, there is no way to determine which of whom are active contributors to that project. All participants in the list have been moved to Inactive. If you consider yourself to be an active member of the Pokémon WikiProject, please go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Pokémon#Participants and move your username to the Active section. Thank you. Orphaned non-free media (Image:KratosPortrait.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:KratosPortrait.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 07:13, 2 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

NOTICE to all members of WikiProject Pokémon edit

Following a discussion on the Project's talk page, we will be updating WikiProject Pokémon's list of participants. To do this, all users previously listed as "Active" have been moved to the "Inactive" list; after this change anyone may add/re-add their name to the "Active" participants list. As your name was one of those on the Active members list, I am notifying you in case your active interest remains. Thank you for your cooperation in our efforts to keep our list of active participants as accurate and up-to-date as possible. ~ Amory (usertalkcontribs) 04:33, 16 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
