Great work on this article: I'm always amazed by the number of significant SCOTUS cases that we're missing. Feel free to start creating articles in the mainspace (i.e. without going through the articles for creation process): you clearly know what you're doing. Supreme Court cases are particularly straightforward because they rarely run into notability issues. Let me know if I can be of assistance: I have access to a good number of law-related sources (including HeinOnline, which basically has every American law journal you'd ever want) that might come in useful.
