I believe that any contribution that provides information on historical subjects that have not been the subject of any wikipedia entries deserve attention and publication. I have found that many people from The West Indies and The Bahamas and Bermuda who participated in world events during the 19th and 20th centuries have yet to have any wikipedia entries. This is an area of weakness for Wikipedia. See today's New York Times op-ed. See Yasmin Khan's New York Times Op-ed piece Dunkirk, the War and the Amnesia of The Empire for further evidence of the need for exclusionary historians to set the record straight about our common history. Their has been a great deal of work done regarding Native American, African-American, Asian-American, Women's and LGBT history in the United States. It seems The British Empire and Europe are ripe for similar coverage.
