Introduction to contentious topics

Hi Rcunderw! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Zooey Zephyr that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. When someone apparently acting in good faith reverts what you believed was a good-faith edit, your next step is to go to the talk page, open a section, and ping the other editor to explain. This is particularly important at contentious topics, which I'm sure you can understand Zooey Zephyr is, and even more so when it's a WP:BLP, which Zephyr obviously is.

In addition, you apparently added this information without a source. Never add content to a BLP without a reliable source, much less with no source at all. And you marked it as minor, which almost strains credulity. Our BLP policies are among those most strictly enforced, and ignorance of those policies isn't generally accepted as an excuse.
