Lost password edit
Did you see my message at User talk:Peter Horn#'Lost' contributions?
If you log out then visit Special:Login there is a "Forgot your password?" link which goes to Special:PasswordReset. At that page you would enter "Peter Horn" without quotes in the Username box then click "Reset password". It will email a new password to the email address in the preferences for User:Peter Horn. - When I visit User talk:Peter Horn I see an "Email this user" link in the sidebar (I see the same thing at User talk:Peter Horn.2). That only happens if User:Peter Horn has an email address in the preferences. As an experiment, I just sent an email to that address. Please reply here after trying all email addresses you have. Remember to look in any spam folders because your email client might be hiding messages from you because it thinks they are spam. Johnuniq (talk) 11:14, 19 April 2016 (UTC)

- Well I took a while longer. I get a temporary password b1l1oa29un on my gmail with which I try to sign in on User:Peter Horn, only to get the following message: There is no user by the name "Peter Horn.". Check your spelling, or go to Wikipedia's signup page to create a new user account. When I try again to get a password I get this: A password reminder has already been sent within the last 24 hours. Hello, Peter Horn.2. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
