The link to South Florida that you inserted in Southern rap redirects to South Florida metropolitan area, which has nothing in it about music. If you feel that Miami, Florida#Music is too restrictive and Music of Florida is too broad, you can start an article at Music of South Florida, or add a Music section to South Florida metropolitan area.
