Attendees familiar with editing Wikipedia can edit off of a worklist focused on the environment of New York City; as well as, a sub-list focused on the environment of the Bronx. The article, with which you seem to have a bias or CoI, asserts no claim of significance and relies too much on its own citations rather than secondary sources. I created a space to engage in that discussion and committed to improving the article, but I am unable to do so when the article does not exist. Excuse my page stalking, I was trying to figure out how the BOAI page could possibly be controversial. Just now I checked in on Yapperbot to see if there was an equivalent bot less for RfCs and more for requesting "cleanup-help on article A", and saw it was Chris who pinged Naypta last year to see if they were alright after a wiki-absence. (thank you) I appreciate you all; this is a small community & we're on the same side; no need for terse warnings. I don't believe 'onus' was meant to apply to long-standing content, and BRD works b/c it's hard to have a discussion about something that's been boldly changed. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
