You have recently declined the template i created.

your explanation: Thank you for your submission, but the subject of this article already exists in Wikipedia. You can find it and improve it at Slovakia instead.

It was me who placed it to Slovakia article. But it's written in a full code instead of the form {{[[Template:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]]}}. And as I intended to use in other pages (eg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_Slovakia) I thought it's much better to use a simpler form - as a template. Slovak government is currently in the process of rethinking the administration districts of Slovakia (to create 3 districts + the capital city instead of the current 8) and It will be much easier to edit them in template rather than changing them on each site.
