I know, there are several IP addresses like that are almost public, but that doesn't mean that I shoudn't fight back vandalism done by them and give them a warning. If you have recieved a warning this way, and you have done nothing, you can feel free to just delete it. The idea is to warn the vandal, not others using the same IP.
