Hello Kipsoc! Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions (click here). But before you make major changes, see the talk pages attached to every article whether you are getting into an issue, and tell people why you do, what you do. Follow discussions on your watchlist. If you decide that you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. You may also push the signature button   located above the edit window. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short hint of what you did is better than no summary. Below are some pages to facilitate your involvement. Happy editing! --FlammingoHey 21:24, 30 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re: Rudyard Kipling page

Dear Kipsoc,

Thanks for your post on my talk page and sorry for the delay in replying. Great to hear that someone from the Kipling Society is on board! Maybe this will be the spur I need to finish revising the article. (As you might have gathered from the history of the article, I did a major revision last fall, however, I only got as far as Kipling's South Africa "period." The "Legacy" section, in particular, needs a lot of attention.) Thanks also for making the corrections. I don't remember the details about Barrack Room Ballads dates, but I do remember being in a quandry (because I own the 1890 American first edition with both Gunga Din and Mandalay and that seemed to contradict something or the other). Anyway, welcome aboard! Sanjay Tiwari 13:13, 4 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Great! Look forward to your edits. Feel free to ask for help should you need any. Sanjay Tiwari 13:49, 6 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
