  Hello, I'm JalenBarks. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Gaslighting, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jalen Barks (Woof) 01:36, 19 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi Jalen,
Thanks so much for your feedback and I will take it on board in my revision. Please you kindly take a look and see if this is okay? I've added a citation to a book about retailiation towards whistleblowers in the workplace, but please let me know if you would like anything further :)
==In the workplace==
Gaslighting is often used as a tactic in the workplace, particularly in the corporate world. Gaslighting can be perpetuated by colleagues in the aftermath of workplace bullying, mobbing and workplace abuse. When scandals occur, gaslighting is also used by HR departments as a form of damage control.[1]]]

An example of corporate gaslighting. The Guardian's HR department gaslighting an employee's experience of anti-Semitism, in the Jewish News.[2]
Whistleblowers are often gaslighted in the workplace as well.[3]]] Justice enabler (talk) 03:53, 19 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
