Speedy deletion nomination of File:Wallyscar at a car fair.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Wallyscar at a car fair.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. File permission problem with File:Espérance de Tunis.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:Espérance de Tunis.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 10:16, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

UEFA coefficient edit

Hi

I would appreciate if you made one edit instead of all those small ones to the UEFA coefficient according to the source and update the accessdate at the same time. Thank you! QED237 (talk) 21:04, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

I read you had some question. Tell me and I will do my very best to answer them. QED237 (talk) 21:18, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Okay.. tell me what's the use of the user page?? i have no idea what t write in it ! user: jallouljalloul
Your user page is the page where people can read about you as an editor. Some editors say where they live, what pages they follow etc and some editors never write anything on their user page. You can try an press on the names of other editors to see how their pages look like and I think you should read WP:UP. Hope i could answer your question, I you dont understand or have more questions just ask. QED237 (talk) 21:29, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
And to sign your posts in talkpages use the four tildes at the bottom QED237 (talk) 21:30, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Okay thanks. That was helpful --user: jallouljalloul

Re: Weld Bledi edit

Hi, nice to meet you. I am from Tunis. What I did to learn was simply try to do as the others did: copy the codes, the headers, and adapt them, and of course, most importantly, only put verifiable content, in order to meet Wikipedia standards.
I don't want to edit or create Tunisian football articles on French Wikipedia because a lot of people edit in a way that I don't like: they just edit without verifying.
I don't pretend I am the best, but when I edit, I put a lot of effort, for example, in the 2014–15 Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 1 article, if you see "Leaders" section, you will notice it is different from that of the French page. After the decisions made by CNAS regarding the games against CS Hammam-Lif and Stade Gabèsien, I went back to see whether Club Africain or Étoile du Sahel was leader at a given time. On French Wikipedia, they forgot that Étoile du Sahel had one game less than Club Africain, so they didn't care if the "Leaders" section is correct or not.
Yes I am a volunteer, but people from around the world could check Tunisian football pages, and we have a duty: our information have to be correct, otherwise, I don't put them. This is why, for example, on the 1991–92 Tunisian National Championship page, I didn't put a "Leaders" section because we don't have the results week by week, we only have a table on the source website.

If you have any questions, you can contact me at anytime ;)

Thankyou for your advices! well I've already began trying to edit and copying from other users, and I actually ceated the page 2013–14 Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 1, it was way far from perfect but other users helped.. One of my biggest problems is providing sources. What are the criterias of a good source? Cause it seems like a big deal on wikipedia. Jallouljalloul (talk) 14:15, 9 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

June 2015 edit

Hello, I'm MbahGondrong. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 2015–16 RB Leipzig season, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Hi, thanks for editing the page. It seems your edit was not sourced. Please add the source if there are any. Cheers! MbahGondrong (talk) 18:14, 9 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Invite to the African Destubathon edit

Hi. You may be interested in participating in the African Destubathon which starts on October 15. Africa currently has over 37,000 stubs and badly needs a quality improvement editathon/contest to flesh out basic stubs. There are proposed substantial prizes to give to editors who do the most articles, and planned smaller prizes for doing to most destubs for each of the 53 African countries, so should be enjoyable! So it would be a good chance to win something for improving stubs on African sportspeople, including footballers, athletes, Olympians and Paralympians etc, particularly female ones, but also male. Even if contests aren't your thing we would be grateful if you could consider destubbing a few African articles during the drive to help the cause and help reduce the massive 37,000 + stub count, of which many are rated high importance (think Regions of countries etc). If you're interested in competing or just loosely contributing a few expanded articles on African Paralympians, Olympians and committees etc, please add your name to the Contestants/participants section. Diversity of work from a lot of people will make this that bit more special. Thanks. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:13, 6 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
