To elaborate: A block was placed on this account due to your inappropriate use of multiple accounts (WP:ILLEGIT) and your gross personal attacks made against another editor (WP:NPA).
If you desire to be unblocked, I expect two things from you: 1) a strict adherence to the community's norms and policies in the future. 2) an apology to the editor in question.
If you instead opt to avoid this block and continue to edit with other accounts or anonymously, I am going to seek a site ban for you, which means that all your edits will be summarily reverted.

What I meant to say: We all want this encyclopedia to be as good and useful as possible. If you have disagreements with other editors, discuss the problems on the article talk page next time. If they have concerns with your edits, work it out with them. They are not attacking you, they only want to make this encyclopedia better. Please edit the Miss Asia Pacific World 2011 delegates roster, because some of them were deleted from the MAPW 2011 official website, you can see in here http://www.missasiapacific.tv/main/0303_eng.html?PHPSESSID=a08978415765312f5b85e5b2482775a7, so you could know which delegate was deleted, and you can edit the delegates roster to remove the delegates from the delegates roster, sorry for my bad English, thanks.

As I see it, nobody is at this point willing to unblock this account, and if you continue with unblock requests, very soon this talk page will be the one that is protected.
I would recommend that you read the WP:Standard offer:

Wait six months (without sockpuppeting).
Don't create any extraordinary reasons to object to a return.
After six months, ask for an unblock, and promise to avoid the behavior that led to the block.
