Some of the content you added to the above article appears to have been copied from https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.85.4.1129. Copying text directly from a source is a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policy. Unfortunately, for copyright reasons, the content had to be removed. Hi Diannaa‬ , The content is necessary here to explain it in technical and moreover I have contacted Mr.Perianna, who is the author of this material (lives in Wisconsin, Madison, USA) and he agreed to copy the content to strengthen this article.
