Welcome edit

Hello, Emkim123 and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students. Go through our online training for students

If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.

Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.

Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}} on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.

We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Bobherry Talk Edits 15:45, 18 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Peer Review edit

It may sound better to say “there are 4 general steps that..”

Include periods after numbered points.

For number two: parallelism! Change “with precision” to precisely or “accurately” to with accuracy.

Citation placement: possibly move citation number to the final place that you used the information from it? For example, move citation one to the end of the 4 point but I'm not 100% sure about this edit.

For the “these for steps” part, a comma is needed before but and after techniques.

The sentence could be rearranged to sound more neutral, for example, “although these for steps are a general basis…, data mining is subject to the discretion of the company that is implementing it”

The next sentence could be rearranged to make more sense (possibly use a colon instead of “and that is” after data mining)

May be beneficial to add more information about the two categories “supervised vs unsupervised”

The part about the problems with data mining may be better to be included in a negatives or limitations section in the page and it should be cited.

Also, make sure you do not use phrases like "some people say" or "some companies..."

Overall, these are very good additions!
