This is your only warning; if you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory content into an article or any other Wikipedia page again, as you did at Graham Linehan , you may be blocked from editing without further notice. As the source you cited says, "A harassment warning is neither a conviction nor an admission of guilt" - so for you to say he harassed someone is a serious violation of WP:BLP and WP:SYN - that is your assertion and it is clear you have a WP:COI when it comes to opponents of transgender rights, based on the info on your user page. Suffer from edit
I agree with your edit at Gillian Mackay, because we have no evidence that she does actually suffer, but I disagree with this being outdated language.
