Thank you for Fixing the Naperville Illinois page about the flag. That didn't realy belong on Wikipedia. That is a trait of a defender. JustAGuyOnWikipedia (talk) 18:51, 14 November 2016 (UTC)

Synthetic aperture radarEdit

Hi, i am new to wikipedia. And i have been striving through to keep the content as paraphrased and cited as possible. The content of Basic principle that you just got off has not been edited by me. I request you to point out the errors in the changes made by only me and not get down the complete editing done from my side, directly. Your cooperation would be of great help to me.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Apoorvams (talkcontribs) 02:44, November 15, 2016 (UTC)

Hi, I am new to wikipedia and I am sorry for any inconvenience. I cited the reference for 3-D tomography, but wasn't aware about it being referred as duplicate. I will write that part differently, immediately. I have taken information from various papers but tried to edit the content as possible and cited references whereever required. Please guide me with any other issues. Appreciate your help. comment added by J2691 (talkcontribs) November 15, 2016 (UTC)

Sorry about the Drumpf mistakeEdit

It was actually an accident, due to a plugin (changes Trump to Drumpf on websites) that I didn't realize would change actual text... I disabled the plugin for future edits. Supaiku (talk) 13:17, 5 December 2016 (UTC)

Can I ask you a couple of questions for the Wikimedia blog?Edit

Hi Dual Freq, my name is Samir Elsharbaty and I work with the Wikimedia Foundation's communications team. I'm writing a blog post about the Dakota Access pipeline and the impact of the news about it on Wikipedia. Since you have contributed to the Wikipedia page about it, I was wondering if I can send you a few questions and use your answers in my post. You can see examples of our News on Wikipedia posts here. If you are interested, please send me a message at selsharbaty wikimedia.org, or provide me with a valid email address for you. Thanks. --Selsharbaty (WMF) (talk) 12:45, 8 December 2016 (UTC)

My contributions there are minimal. I don't think I have much to add that would be of use to your blog post. --Dual Freq (talk) 00:51, 9 December 2016 (UTC)

December 2016Edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for Madison, Wisconsin. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Sunasuttuq 06:37, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

I guess the inmates can run the asylum for a while. I'm blocking myself for a month. See you all next year, maybe. --Dual Freq (talk) 13:41, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

GreetingsEdit

I hope you're doing well. I don't expect you to remember me, but I had a lot of respect for the work you did here. Years ago, I think you disappeared, then so too did I. Looks like you did come back though, only to have left again. Hope all is well with you. Unschool 16:28, 15 April 2017 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Alma Generating StationEdit

The article Alma Generating Station has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article does not meet WP:GNG or WP:NBUILD. The article makes no claim for general notability WP:GNG or historic, social, economic, or architectural importance WP:NBUILD. Sources in article and found in BEFORE do not have SIGCOV from IS RS.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.   // Timothy :: talk  17:02, 3 January 2021 (UTC)

It used to be considered inappropriate to prod 12 year old articles, even stubs. --Dual Freq (talk) 22:47, 13 January 2021 (UTC)
