November 2022 edit

Hello. Some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Muhammad Iqbal, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and/or verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. –MinisterOfReligion (Talk) 17:35, 23 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi there! My recent edit on article Muhammad Iqbal was that i edit Supreme leader of iran Ayatollah Khamenei is influenced by Allama Mohammad Iqbal; according to his books “Iqbal: Manifestation of the Islamic Spirit, Two Contemporary Muslim Views Edition” and said iqbal inspired him.... Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei once described Allama Iqbal as his “poetic genius”. Iqbal, hailed as the “Poet of East”, had already established his reputation as an illustrious Urdu poet in the early 20th century before he dabbled with Persian poetry.

My second edit was Imran Khan as he said in many videos that iqbal inspired him.....

I also add Works of Muhammad Iqbal on the top so that people find easily his all books.... Thanks DrMosaviSyed (talk) 08:31, 24 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Shariefabad moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Shariefabad, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hossein Wahid Khorasani edit

Hi @DrMosaviSyed:, thank you for trying to improve the Hossein Wahid Khorasani article. For your information, we only ever use a year, months, and days or a year and days counter for supercentenarian individuals who are aged 110+. As Khorasani is "only" 102, he does not meet this criteria and so age in years is sufficient. Thank you Jkaharper (talk) 17:34, 20 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Masroor Abbas Ansari moved to draftspace edit

Thanks for your contributions to Masroor Abbas Ansari. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability and to support the information better, as required by WP:BLP. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:23, 23 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Shariefabad edit

Hello, DrMosaviSyed. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Shariefabad".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Page moves edit

Hello, DrMosaviSyed,

Please do not do unnecessary page moves as you did with Masroor Abbas Ansari. There is no reason why this article should be moved multiple times to different namespaces. This is considered disruptive editing and in no way helps improve the article. It just brings scrutiny to the article and to your activity which is what brought me here. Articles should only be moved in uncontroversial page moves or after a discussion on the article talk page if there is no consensus on what the page title should be. And there is no reason to move an article into Wikipedia/Project space or User space unless you are moving it to your sandbox to work on it there.

If you have questions about editing on Wikipedia, please bring them to the Teahouse where experienced editors can offer you advice, support or a second opinion. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 01:45, 9 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi there, Yes that’s my mistake, I apologise for that. I wanted that article should be in main space. I will be thankful to you if you help me in improving the article Masroor Abbas Ansari . Thanks DrMosaviSyed (talk) 04:01, 9 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
You just did it all again! What are you doing? You did exactly what I advised you not to do. I moved your article back to Draft space, do not move it to Wikipedia or User namespaces or it could just be deleted next time. Please stop moving around pages, it looks like you have no idea what you are doing. Liz Read! Talk! 05:12, 9 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi there, kindly have a look on article Masroor Abbas Ansari. Problem is when name is searched on search engines then only talk page of article is visible... that’s why i an moving the article. Kindly fix that . Thanks DrMosaviSyed (talk) 02:20, 10 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hello, DrMosaviSyed,
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. We are concerned with knowledge not search engine results. And besides, it can take weeks or months before a main space article shows up in Google's search engine results so you should not be concerned about it not immediately appearing. Also, moving an article to inappropriate namespaces will actually lower the chances of the article appearing on Google, not increase it.
Again, if you have questions about editing on the project, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 04:06, 22 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi there, thanks for your kind information. I am trying my best to add authentic sources for research and my best work in this informative encyclopaedia... Thank you DrMosaviSyed (talk) 08:57, 22 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

You have continued to move around pages in main space and Draft spaces unnecessarily. I said you would be blocked and so you have. You have created unnecessary work for other editors, in this case, me, to clean up after all of your page mvoes. I've deleted 7 or 8 broken redirects from your page moves. When your block is over, please do not do this again or the next block will be much longer. Liz Read! Talk! 06:52, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Liz Changes making article moves by @DrMosaviSyed appeared in my notifications - and I was confused. It seems that @DrMosaviSyed may not be aware of some of Wikipedia policies like title naming and page moves.
Though I am neutral observer for the article Syed Jawad Naqvi, previously some users seems to have had considerable differences there on talk page. It's better @DrMosaviSyed achieves a positive consensus before any further move of the article.
Meanwhile is it not possible to block them only from page moves for some weeks -or secure move facility of the article itself- until they closely understand the Wikipedia policies and achieve consensus for their version with other concerned users. -- Bookku (talk) 08:05, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia and copyright edit

Hello DrMosaviSyed! Your additions to Masroor Abbas Ansari have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 00:03, 2 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Page moves edit

Hello, DrMosaviSyed,

You have been blocked, twice now, for disruptive page moves and yet you continue to move articles around multiple times. I'm not sure what to do to get you to stop doing this but an indefinite or at least, a very long block is coming your way if you don't stop doing this. Short blocks haven't gotten the message through so I'm at a loss at how to get you to stop doing this. I have protected the article you've been moving around recently to prevent you from moving it around more. Please stop this disruptive activity. I don't want to issue another block but I don't see any other way to get you to stop idly moving pages around for no reason. Liz Read! Talk! 20:46, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

The problem isn't that an article is moved to a more suitable title. It's that you move it again and again, to Draft space, then back to main space, from one page title to a different page title. It's disruptive. If you have questions about page moves, please bring them to the Teahouse. Liz Read! Talk! 20:49, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, DrMosaviSyed,

Stop adding original research edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Jammu & Kashmir Ittihadul Muslimeen, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. You have consistently introduced unsubstantiated information multiple times. Please abstain from including such data unless you can provide proper references. Wikipedia strictly prohibits original research. Based on your previous editing history, I am here to formally advise you to cease these disruptive edits. Failure to comply may result in Wikipedia administrators imposing an indefinite block on your account. ❯❯❯ Chunky aka Al Kashmiri (✍️) 05:32, 13 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Stop your disruptive edits edit

You have repeatedly violated Wikipedia protocols, (as noted above by other editors (including Liz, Rich Smith, & EvergreenFir) & have been blocked twice, but you ignore all comments and continue your disruptive editing, creating unnecessary work for those of us who clean up your mess. In reverting your bad edits (e.g. here and here) I have repeatedly specified the rules you violate, but you restore your problematic content without explanation.

If you want to continue on Wikipedia, you should study (and follow) these rules I have already cited in my edit summaries reverting your edits (but which you have ignored in restoring them), and make sure not to break them again: WP:NPOV, MOS:PBUH, WP:V, WP:PROMO, WP:NOR, MOS:EDITORIAL, MOS:WEASEL & WP:NOTESSAY. If you continue on your current path, as others have pointed out to you, you are courting a permanent block. UrielAcosta (talk) 12:52, 11 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

This is not the response I was expecting; I thought that you would say that you were running two accounts in good faith, not realising that it was a violation of policy. If the other account is not yours, then you are asking us to believe that there is another person out there who has a similar name to yourself, who has an interest in the same articles, the same habit of disruptively and recklessly moving pages, and who edits from the same IP ranges as yourself (not just overlapping on one range, but editing from all the same ranges). That's rather too much of a stretch for me to take seriously I'm afraid. Girth Summit (blether) 17:25, 17 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
This name “Mousavi” “Mosavi” “Mousvi” “Mosavi” is very common in India and Pakistan. This name is used by those who is Sayyid (from the Prophet Muhammad’s decentent) and then Musavi (from the Musa al-Kazim’s decentent) and there are many of same caste where i am from. it can be that user @Mosvi2014 is intrested in the same because he can be from same tarritory(That why interested in same article).... Request reason:

I have already mentioned reason in my previous request but this is question. * If we are same, then why i would request unblock from this account only, not from “mosvi2014” as it was old and many edits? * We both have edit article “Aga Syed Muhammad Baqir Mosavi”(Article is now deleted) which i moved to “mir syed Muhammad Baqir Krmani” Then ‘mosvi2014’ moved the article as it was; if we were same then what was need to move it twice? You can check Astan Bandar * If we were same then i leave a talk massage on his talk 1 month ago namely “Upload a photo”? Reality is , We have common name, common article edits or can be from same territory but i have no link with editor @Mosvi2014

Decline reason:

Your explanation is entirely unconvincing. It's rare for sockpuppets to request unblocking on both accounts, for example. Additionally, it's not rare at all for sockpuppets to leave messages to each other. It's incredibly common. Yamla (talk) 11:55, 18 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
